Well, guys’n’galls, seems I am the eldest one starting to study at KTVA... 49... Last March I desided to do couple things to avoid depression - began collecting counting jettons and take vocal lessons. My teacher is a great guy - he loves teaching and he’s doing it in the right way and he explaned a lot about support and all. When some time ago I foung Ken’s lesson about the way Dio sings - I said WOW - I can gain a lot. So I’ve just started and I like it. So - it is never late to start nevermind reasons. FarawayGuy 5 · Re: Is 2.0 a good course? 2.0 is a complete course, and has enough to keep you busy for years of vocal learning. 3.0 is online, and has updated material, but you can do well with 2.0. Many people here on the forums have only 2.0 and they have plenty of information to work with. It’s from someone who wanted to say that it wasn’t until they found KTVA that their vocal issues were resolved. Not mentioning any brand-names... Matt Sargent: Ken I wasted nearly 6 years diligently following a program based on speech level (mentioning no names) only to end up with less range, vocal problems and nearly giving up. This if I remember rightly promises stress free singing and increase your range by an octave, but ultimately left me with even more stress than when I first started lol. Maybe I was doing it wrong I dunno, but just glad I stumbled across your program about a year ago or I think I would have given up by now! I now know the truth and am trying to share it with as many people as will listen. I will also be doing an expose’ about "tips". There is no such thing. There are no short cuts. No octaves in 6 "easy" lessons.This too is a lie. It’s hard work with the right information.
